Diagnose the hearing abilities of children and adults using state of the art equipment;
Counsel patients in a caring, supportive environment;
Arrange hearing impaired and new user support groups;
Refer patients to the proper medical specialists when needed; and
Educate patients and their loved ones about hearing loss and hearing instruments.
